A truly wonderful home in an amazing location. Its proximity to Disney made this home the most perfect place to stay and allowed us to visit the parks, return home for our 2 year olds nap time and revisit again later in the afternoon. We actually made it to Disney in 8 minutes not 10!! The villa itself is beautifully decorated and has eveything you could possibly need for your stay. The space is great and all of the fixtures are modern and very well appointed. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks and I can honestly say that despite being in busy Orlando we came home from our trip relaxed and refreshed. We highly recommend this villa and had such a fantastic time we looking forward to our next visit already.

Comments:- After having stayed in other villas in the Kissimee area, the layout, fittings and convinience of your villa made a wonderful holiday even better. We all enjoyed the pool and jacuzi which after a long hot day in the parks was something to look forward too. The abundance of local shops and resturants was also a welcome advantage. Comments:- "A spectacular holiday home"
This was our 9th holiday in Orlando and possibly the best house we have stayed in. We shared the villa with our young daughters, grandaughter and friends. The villa was easy to find especially with the detailed directions and we were pleased to see how close to all the attractions, shops and restaurants. On arrival the house was very clean, spacious and welcoming, especially after a long and tiring flight. The house was tastefully decorated with a homely feel and equipped with everything you could possibly need. I can't think of anything that would improve this holiday home except perhaps a quieter matress in the master bedroom. The pool area was also very clean and very enticing after a busy day. The kids really appreciated the use of pool toys supplied. We particularly enjoyed the daily visits from the armadillos in the garden surrounding the ppol! All in all this was a fab holiday home and we very much hope we can return very soon. Thank you

Comments:- We had an amazing time in Florida which was made even better with the magnificent accommodation. Your villa is truly beautiful and you should be very proud of it.
With regard to your question about improvements, I can honestly say that you seem to have covered every area.Your website is very professionally done and the villa it self is as I said previously, beautiful.
We have left a glowing report in the villa's comments book.
Hopefully we will be going back to Florida next summer around the same time. We will have no hesitation in booking with you again and will obviously let you know as soon as we have made our final decision.

Offered great comfort and amenities in a prime location close to all the major theme parks. Swimming pool and jacuzi were a treat at the end of a hectic day of roller coasters or sight seeing. Beautifully furnished throughout,the villa was more than big enough for 3 adults and two teenagers giving us all our own bit of space. Plenty of choice of resteraunts within a 20 minute drive as well as several large supermarkets to purchase items for self catering. Kids made use of the Wifi.A great place to holiday and relax in.

Great communication throughout the booking process. Lovely spacious villa, great pool and hot tub, 10 minute drive from Disney. Great to come back and relax in peace after a busy day in and about the crowds of Orlando. I would recommend to any family or group looking for an Orlando holiday.

My family (with 3 boys - 14, 12, and 11) had a great 1 week vacation at this house from aug. 26th to Sept. 2nd. This 4BR house was clean, well maintained, and came fully equipped and furnished. The kitchen had all the pots/dishes and cutlery required and also had a large fridge and dishwasher. The washing machine/dryer in the garage made life easier and we didn't have to worry about bringing dirty laundry back home. There were also lots of towels in the bathrooms and in the linen closets. After staying at Disney and Universal resorts for 5 nights it was great to have a spacious house to relax and still be within a short drive from the theme parks. Free Wi-Fi with satellite TV and a large screen TV (in the living room) made it easier to entertain the kids. Since all the bedrooms had a TV, the kids were also able to watch TV in their own rooms. The pool is a good size (about 24') and also has a hot tub. The pool was clean and well maintained. The house is about 10 minutes from Disney and we will definitely consider this house for our next trip to the Orlando area. We drove to Orlando from Oakville, Ontario (Canada) and the house was very easy to find. The the check-in/out process was very easy. My security deposit was refunded within 2 days of checking out.

Great home in a quiet setting. Very close to Disney, restaurants, grocery stores. The house was in great condition. Very clean. The kids loved the pool with the adjacent whirlpool. Andy was a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly stay here again.

We just got back today and I couldn't wait to leave a feedback. I went there with my husband, my sister, mom, and my mother-in-law, and everyone thanked me for finding this place for them to stay at. The transaction was smooth, the owner andy was always so quick to respond to my questions, and I already got my security deposit back!! Checking in and out were very easy. The place was spotless, the pool and the jacuzzi were very clean. The villa was very close to all the parks and easy to find. It was our first trip to Orlando and absolutely loved everything about the house and we can't wait to go back!

This was a perfect home! Great alternative to Disney properties.
I had a number of questions for andy (owner) prior to booking our stay. Andy was extremely responsive, honest, and friendly with all responses.
The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. The pool and hot tub were great to come home to after a long day at the parks. We opted to pay for pool heat (early November) and thought it was definitely worth it. The hot tub got very hot after the jets were on for some time.
The neighborhood was quiet. It was extremely close to just about everything, but also far enough away where you could feel at home. There are plenty of stores within minutes. A Super Target (with full groceries) within 5 minutes and just about any chain restaurant you'd want within a 10 minute drive.
The home was very close to Disney, but again far enough away where it felt like we could relax.
The home was very clean and well maintained. We would love to come back and stay here some time.
Summary:
- Clean, comfortable, well furnished home
- Very responsive owner prior and after booking (We did not have any issues that required the management company's attention)
- Great pool / hot tub (get pool heat in cooler seasons, well worth it!)
- Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, Disney, Sea World
- Pack n Play / Travel crib and high chair included
- Some pool toys/floats were also there
